Grand Designs’ goal is to provide professional, custom web site solutions that meet its client’s business goals, provide the client a tangible return and reflect the client’s business image and principles. As the owner of Grand Designs, Allison Sabo offers superior customer service through quick project turnaround time, extensive preliminary consultations before development begins and continual client contact throughout the development process and beyond.
After graduating with honours from the Conestoga College Web Development program in 2001, Allison worked for 3 years at a web development firm, where she performed duties in the areas of web development, sales and customer service. In addition to achieving her web development diploma, Allison also earned an Ontario Management Development Program (OMDP) Leadership Skills certificate from Conestoga College in 2001. As well, in 2004 she earned an OMDP Business Management certificate from the college. She has also taken various computer and manufacturing quality courses to further enhance her skill set.
In 2004, Allison realized she had gained the necessary expertise, contacts and experience to start her own company. She felt she could offer superior customer service, a better product at a lower price and a much quicker turnaround time than the company at which she was employed. Grand Designs began operations in the spring of 2004 and has been satisfying clients ever since.
